The team as a whole are very nice and friendly.
What I would change is the consistency of nurses that give you the treatment so you can build up trust and security.

All the staff were incredibly lovely, kind and caring.
Communication could be improved - I was often completely unaware of the times and days of upcoming treatments. I would find out only when actually at an appointment. So, if I had to miss an appointment I then had no idea of when the next one would be.
I often also turn up to an appointment to find that my prescription or the protocol has changed, and I would appreciate proper info about why that's been done.
